Mother’s Day Mousse Cake

Last Sunday we celebrated Mother’s Day in a wonderful wheather! It was sunny and warm, just perfect!  ❤

To celebrate my own mother, I decided to try out a cake with some of her favourite flavors; chocolate & raspberry.

The cake was a layered mousse cake with a brownie batter. There are still some adjustments I want to make, but the taste was really good! 🙂

Ingredients used in Raspberry-chocolate Mousse Cake:
– Butter
– Sugar
– Flour
– Dark cocoa powder
– Salt
– Baking powder
– Vanilla sugar
– Egg
– Dark chocolate
– Heavy cream
– Gelatin powder
– Water
– Raspberries
– White chocolate
– Honey

For decorations:
– Chocolate Ganache
– Fresh raspberries
– Chocolate chips
