This month I have had the pleasure to use my imagination and creativity to design personalized birthday cakes for two (grown-up?) men – my big brothers.
Here are my creations:
Two very different cakes, one quite playful and the other a bit more serious. 😉
These cakes not only looked different, but had also different fillings inside. The first one had a strawberry mousse on one layer and caramel + fresh strawberries in the second layer. In the other cake I made a raspberry mousse and a white chocolate-lime mousse. The cake batter was gluten free in both cakes.
Luckily I have a few more these sort of cakes coming up in a few weeks. I’m going to tell you all about them later! 🙂
