I got a request for some gluten-free treats. My first choice was to make gluten-free Rocky Roads, but secondly I decided to give a try on cheesecake-brownies with white chocolate and raspberries.
I tried this brownie recipe before without the raspberries, but I thought some berries would give it a nice fresh touch with all the chocolate.
Can’t wait to get some fresh berries again straight from the bushes!
This recipe contained a brownie batter with milk chocolate, a cheesecake layer in between with some raspberries, and another layer of the brownie batter. Simple and delicious!
Final decorations with raspberries and white chocolate, just perfect! 🙂
